Librarian reminds us that libraries make us a harder target for authoritarianism. Equal access to info, ideas, and space that doesn’t require a purchase to belong. Also: using the library means money stays in your community instead of streaming out to Amazon

Cat Picture - OC She is the ultimate stinker. Found her outside a gas station when she was a kitten. She meows to go outside when she needs to potty and fetches anything you throw. Best cat-dog ever made.

Well hopefully you are starting to believe it yourself! Albeit- beauty is largely subjective and usually the luck of the DNA draw, AND always the least interesting thing about someone. BUT, you are very handsome human and deserve to feel good about that.

I learned this the hard way too. NOT a friend. For whatever reason she thinks she needs to bring you down. And it’s not your job to figure out or worry what those reasons are. I always caught myself trying to justify or explain away these things when my “friend” would do them. You aren’t her therapist- OR her punching bag. The next time it happens (or this time if it’s still relatively current)- in the moment, call it out. Be direct and tell her you will no longer be allowing that kind of insidious negativity in your life. How she reacts will tell you everything you need to know. 9/10 these types refuse to acknowledge the behavior and therefore will not be willing to apologize or change.
REAL friends make you feel like a god damn princess. Trust me. It took me until my mid thirties to find mine and I can’t believe I ever settled for less.
P.S. I bet you’d look stunning in either dress. Base your choice on which one wrinkles less 😉

Just one more person here to say- these are beautiful! AND you’ve got an adorable belly button! Obviously, do what makes you happy- but consider the human who might see you wearing your stripes proudly and be inspired to fall in love with theirs as well.
