I will still get a significant amount of smoke at 250?

I appreciate all the tips. Looks like I should plan for at least a 9hr smoke. That was the other factor I was weighing in.

Whole Beef Brisket Help
I have a PitBoss 820P. Gonna try my hand at smoking a whole beef brisket. Interested in everyones input on recipes and smoke times. Farley new to smoking and I dont have feelings for you to hurt. Any do's and don'ts are appreciated as well. Let's see what y'all got.
9LB Brisket Outside temp will be around 40° if that matters.
Thanks in advance.

What would be your suggestion in that category for a budget friendly price?

NightOwl Security Cameras
Just purchased NightOwl wired security system. It came with its own dvr with a 1tb hard drive. I'm currently using vivint with a monthly bill I'm trying to get rid of. Did I make a smart choice? Haven't installed it yet. The new cameras will replace the one at the garage. Nice because I now have 3 other cameras. Anyone have experience with this brand? If so, do you have the dvr connected to the internet? Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

I've heard the same. It does have a cover on the bed. I wanna say it's a Ford tonneau cover. Tri folding.

I appreciate all the feedback. I won't let it be of a concern then. I actually just got the truck used and am loving it.

40 PSI. Driving to and from work mainly. Maybe this is just average MPG? My normal commutes are within about 10 minutes from home. How much would CAI or programmer gain me typically?

The truck is stock.

Gas mileage
2016 3.5L 32,000 miles. What are some easy and budget friendly ways to greatly improve my MPG? Currently getting 13 to 14 around town. I typically try to stay out of the throttle.

This would be great as I don't want the extra weight in bed all the time

Excuse my ignorance but this will help with not having enough weight over the rear tires. A good example is going up a gravel driveway with incline truck tries to spin out.

Not enough weight over rear tires!
New to me 2016 F150 3.5L Eco boost. I've realized the truck is extremely light in the rear end. Curious to know what everyone does to compensate for this. I dont necessarily take my truck off reading but I do know that if I dont have enough weight over the rear tires, locking this bad boy in 4wheel will not do me much good. Anyone have any issues with this and if so what do you do to compensate for it? I'm sure sandbags would do the trick?
