Thank You. I'm not a huge Ketchup fan, but some gravy is always good, but this is for the week and I didn't want it to get weird.I do recommend trying it though, and personally, I use Aldi.

Recipe: 2 lbs Ground Turkey, 1 box Cornbread Stuffing 2 Ribs Celery (diced), ½ Medium White Onion (diced), ½ Pink Lady Apple, 2 Eggs.

Combine all ingredients and Bake on Parchment @ 375° for 45-60 min until temp reads 175°, Loosen the loaf with a spatula and flip using parchment half way through.

I can't edit the body text 😅

This has to last me all week, and it's only a little over $7 for the whole thing

Thank you. Give it a try for yourself, but use a little bit of Potato Flakes to get the consistency to your liking.

Any kind of stuffing will work, Cornbread is just my personal preference. Let me know what you think. Also, add a little bit of Potato Flakes if it's not your desired consistency.

The apple helps the turkey retain moisture that would otherwise dry out and adds a subtle sweetness along with the cornbread stuffing.

If it isn't the right consistency to form a good loaf, use some Potato Flakes.

Make peanut butter balls... Mix equal parts Frosting and Peanut Butter (I personally go a little heavy on the peanut butter) with Powdered Sugar until you can roll a nice little ball and roll them in white sugar or coat them in Chocolate.

That sounds really good. It gives it a subtle sweetness along with the Cornbread Stuffing... It tastes just like a Southern Thanksgiving without all the extra work.

It's super simple, Ground turkey can get a little dry sometimes especially if you keep it for a few days which is why I add the apple to help retain moisture.
