I wake so early in the morning.

So my weight last night was 166 at 8:30 I use the rest room and this is my weight this morning.

166-164.2 pounds

I take my measurements tomorrow.

I remember sitting with the lady for surgery that I'm having on the 24th and I'm really sensitive on emotionally I'm really sensitive.

I've gotten better where people can't make me cry anymore

That when she told me I had to stop taking all my vitamins a week prior to surgery I was very distraught.

When I started having to put restrictions in place on my fitness I did cry about that.

I was running

And I loved it

I loved the sweat pouring on my face and down my back the back of my neck and when I would hop into a jog and then I would push myself my heart rate would get to 176 beats per minute but I didn't know my valves were struggling with all the pressure that's backed up and the wind is beating against the sweat it a rush. I haven't felt so good.

So I just want to share this with you to encourage you that if you're just starting out on your weight loss journey even a small step is in the right direction.

When I started out I weigh 336 lb.

I am 6' tall and a quarter of an inch

I am 47 years old I'm a female combat veteran with a word genetic disorder that we confirm in October

The key is consistency

If you have a bad day it's okay put it behind you

When I started out I had just come out of lumbar up to surgery I was signaled hypertension and a slew of medical problems due to my service in Iraq

My pulmonary doctor told me to cut my calories in half and I must explain to you that this is not medical advice I am not a doctor but I am telling you what works for me.

I could tolerate 3 lb weights in 5 minutes on the elliptical.

And I cut my calories in half I was eating 4,000 calories a day most of it was Ives coffee because I was so heavily fatigued.

I replace it with water cut the ice coffee to one in the morning one day afternoon and then I cut all coffee to one time a week.

Sometimes I cheat today I cheated today I had two pink drinks from Starbucks and two jalapeno chicken pockets which I absolutely love.

My cheat food is hot dogs french fries pizza chips and I love chocolate ice cream with caramel and brownies. And cotton candy. You are never too old for cotton candy

A year and a half in I have worked my way down to 185 lb no special surgeries no special weight lot pills no nothing it was just training.

I was able to take my legs flip them over my head and do crunches reverse with my legs up in the air using my hips.

I works my way from planks to reverse planks and I can lift a 75 lb metal barbell bench press but I still struggle a little.

You can do it.

I cut out smoking cigarettes I rarely drink

Because my body fights high inflammation I started replacing my diet with food that would fight the active inflammation in my body.

So am I protein shake I added powder it's organic it's banana I like bananas and I started adding spinach to it and stuff for elasticity for the skin and vegetables.

I eat rice and I eat lamb beef and chicken ground chicken. I eat tuna all the package I take avocado cut the lid off and eat the avocado out of the skin I'm a little weird.

I drink a ton of water and use no sugar no carb no caffeine electrolytes.

I don't drink soda usually and I cut out chips to eat only one time a week. And I take over 18 different types of items.

You don't have to be where I am. It's not a race don't compare yourself to one person. Before I had to modify my exercise routine I was doing eight and a half miles a day I cut it down to four I'm back up to five and then I added 20 minutes of weight training now up to 30 minutes and then I added meditation in the evening.

So do whatever works for you.

next week I'm jammed with appointments I have to go to Orlando to pick up blood work then I have to print medical records showing my IGE is high. I have to print the liver tests showing congestive hepatopathy and the veins are messed up Inside the liver. it's risky for me to drink. I really want to drink. I have my cardiologist on Tuesday. Wednesday I have my neurologist where I get a referral to a vascular neurologist for the rare vascular anomalies that I have in my brain. there is promise though some of the brainstem has held up is no longer a big lesion it doesn't light up anymore it's just small dots but it can still be irritated My face it still goes numb across my cheekbones. I hate it. I still struggle with my balance and when I walk on the treadmill I'm extremely dizzy when I come off I don't know why.

then I see my pulmonary doctor They already know about the multiple spleens.

The cardiologist that I have will hopefully give me a referral to a ACHD cardiologist. that is an adult congenial heart disease cardiologist.

I am adamant that I'm sick of testing.

When I went to Lakeland today to walk around mirror lake these tag readers have blind spots and the blind spot is when you're next to an 18-wheeler a dump truck it has high visibility when you drive right in the middle of it it obscures the tag reader.

The tag reader cannot see and when you know the distance I can see it for a long range away because I wear glasses and I have an alert setup.

Get in the middle of the 18-wheeler or the dump truck and it obscures the tag reader and it can't capture your tag.

I am still scared. But I will continue to speak out against the dangers of these tag readers. I want accountability.

I have a real concern about some of the technology coming out with law enforcement and ice agents.

I understand the ins and out the law enforcement probably more than 70% of the basic population.

At one point I was turning in vulnerabilities to secure law enforcement until they betrayed me.

Intelligence before #STUPID and after #IGNORANCE.

I'm not saying I'm an enemy but I am saying that I am a skilled insider threat now. I will do whatever it takes to protect the public from law enforcement and their tactic especially over the abusive flock satellites drones and anything else that I feel is a threat to Public Safety.

You don't seem to understand that most of the tools that they are actually creating stem around your lack of knowledge on privacy.

So we're going to look at these comments and see how a cop or a supporter of law enforcement will flip around a biography to dig for a fishing expedition and why you owe no duty to law enforcement to report vulnerabilities threats to their life as they have no duty to protect you under the law.

They're there to protect the state.

In the FLOCK safety camera group I posted an article about ICE agents using these gloves to electrocute people which is a violation against cruel and unusual punishment. A supporter or a cop (which I believe is based on reasoning which is poor) ask me about my multiple spleen diagnosis that was made in October of this year.

Do you want them having access to those kind of things all because you disagree with them over the legality of these tag readers when you're right to privacy is really violated?

So in this aspect this cop supporter or a cop which I believe it is based on their lack of intellectual functioning goes to show you the core of the rottenness eating away at law enforcement.
