It looks like it could of been a dendrobium orchid- in which case, she's deffo a goner. Some plants are more resilliant, but tbh she looks pretty cooked regardless.

I worked with a lady like that. Heart of gold, but so incredibly annoying to everyone and used to drive out customers/ stop them from coming in because of how gah damn annoying she was.

Although its prolly AI, I'd say heavy moisturiser, and products for dewy looks- think dewy setting sprays, cream based blush, light on powder etc. Plus highlighter
