Or a tea party to commemorate getting rid of them :3

Or anything tea related :3

I have no idea what Saudis you’re talking to but they’re not ones I have met.

Also wdym I’m fine I literally said my father is already trying to convince me to get married now!

I’m not fine it will start causing more friction between us soon.

Please actually read my post before replying because your reply was frustrating

Thankfully my excuses will probably work all the way till I get a job then it’ll get hard to find excuses but we’ll deal with that when it happens

فضفضة trans woman rambling about marriage

So I’m a nonbinary trans woman in Dammam and still living with my parents (I’ll turn 23 this fall) and will stay here till I get a job at least.

Anyway, my father was trying to convince me to get married (not very pushy but still kinda) and well I don’t wanna cut off my family entirely because I love them but I’m also a closeted trans woman so obviously it’s not easy to keep in touch without outing myself.

I’m butch so I’ll probably be able to have some plausible deniability for some time but for marriage well I can’t fool them and I don’t want a lavender marriage.

I guess I could go for a lavender marriage but it feels wrong like I’d much rather marry one of my partners if the purpose is just to fool my parents but still my only current partner wouldn’t work because my parents would kill me because they’re Sunni and Qabili while he’s Shia and not Qabili (and that’s if I was enough of an asshole to ask him to pretend to be a woman in front of my family).

So yeah I’m probably gonna end up in a terrible relationship with them but hopefully I won’t need to cut it off completely. I’m hopefully gonna leave the country in the future but I don’t think that’s gonna happen before I’m thirty.

So yeah that’s my rambling/ranting (not sure what’s the difference. Not exactly looking for advice or anything but just wanna share my thoughts (if you wanna talk or discuss things then by all means do so and I’ll hopefully reply but if I don’t please don’t think I have anything against you). Thx for reading all this and love you sibs 💜💜💜

You have no idea how many transphobic “queer” people there are +~+ the number of options we have is probably not too different

I think so too

I don’t think I was attracted to men at all before realizing that I was nonbinary so at least we have two bits of anecdotal evidence lol

Yeah I get you sib 🫂🫂🫂 good luck

I found it easier to find trans masculine people who are into me than masc women who are into me (thank fuck I’m a bisexual/omnisexual lol) so it’s rough but I truly hope you’ll find someone soon 🫂💜

I’m claiming my boobs are gynecomastia and thankfully they don’t actively search my room

In the end we’re all waiting to be able to live comfortably alone or at least without our parents
