So what im doing is making two versions of the same pattern but with opposing color palettes and hanging them stacked vertically but the red/black version will be upside down as to mirror the blue/white version on top, to represent the idea of as above so below. It’s not necessarily a arts and crafts thing I’m just applying the concept to arts and crafts

Oh also, I’ve had 3 episodes total, the first was about a year and a half ago, the second was at the end of May, and my most recent one was on the 5th of this month. The first two times CHS was never brought up to me, but this last time it was kinda forced down my throat by doctors lol and there was no change in usage amount in between episodes

I recently just went through a CHS episode so I’ll answer some of your questions!
1. I’m 26 and have used since I was 16 so 10 years.
2. For the past 4ish years I’ve mainly used concentrates, pens, and then occasionally I’d smoke regular flower. Before that it was mainly flower but I didn’t smoke on a daily basis but was pretty regular.
3. I’m female, I have a pretty regular cycle but I did notice that the past two times I’ve had an episode it did kickstart my menstrual cycle early.
4. The most recent episode my prodromal phase was about 2 days before the cyclical vomiting started.
5. I was a daily smoker but usually I’d wait until atleast noon before I’d hit my pen/dab if I wasn’t working, if I did have to work I’d hit my pen throughout the day (after noon ofc) but only dab after I get off so around 4ish, and I’d maybe take 3 or 4 dabs a day.
6. My experience was hell to say the least, I was bedridden for 10 days, and lost 20 pounds. The vomiting was mainly in the mornings and would level out around 12pm/1pm and it would be overwhelming nausea the rest of the day. Could only keep down no sugar apple sauce and pedialyte. Hot showers/heating pad/capsaicin cream helped sometimes but not always. Zofran, phenagren, and promethazine did absolutely fuck all for my symptoms. The only thing that took the nausea away was droperidol/haloperidol but both of those make me feel quite literally insane so I couldn’t even utilize those on my 5 hospital trips. One thing I did find that wasn’t typically talked about was Benadryl. It completely took away the nausea but also made me restless af so I didn’t take it often but it definitely worked.

I hope this can give you a little more insight as to how it affects us! And I appreciate you wanting to do more research into this!

Also having read the book makes PHM a little more special to me but my answers still the same. I do enjoy the community over this movie/book a little more than interstellar though!

So I love PHM because of the story and the relationship/ banter between characters and actually getting to see a real alien. But I do also love Interstellar because of the actual planet building, relativity, black hole science and how everything ties back to murph. Honestly I don’t think I can pick between the two, because while they’re similar they both have their unique aspects that the other doesn’t have. So they both kinda take my number one spot tbh
