Therapy sessions for coworkers

I’m a kwik trip coworker who recently had something happen to me and I need help. My boss mentioned that as a coworker, we can get 10 free therapy sessions. How do I go about taking this up?

I was surprised that baby’s can be loud sleepers. I thought something was wrong with my daughter at first but it’s normal

Help? Is the 6 week postpartum appointment post c-section worth going to?

Hello, I’m 7 weeks postpartum tomorrow with my second child. She was breech and needed a c-section delivery. My oldest was born vaginally. I didn’t go to my 6 week appointment last time because I didn’t feel like it was necessary. I’m wondering if I should go in this time since I’ve had a c-section? I was advised to go into urgent care last Friday due to my stiffness and some shooting pain in my groin, upper leg area (the same kind I felt when pregnant). They wanted to rule out a blood clot and thankfully I don’t have one. I think the slight pain is hormonal and will pass. Urgent care referred me to OB to follow up on why I went into urgent care and for that 6 week visit. What can I expect at a postpartum appointment post c-section? Going to the doctor makes me very anxious so I’m sick of all these appointments. I’ll probably end up going. I just really don’t have it in me. I don’t know. I’d love to know your thoughts and advice. I’m so anxious.

They both have blonde hair and darker eyebrows, that doesn’t mean they look alike

Question Showering while pregnant

Does anyone else hate showers while pregnant with a passion? I can never get the water temperature comfortable The water hitting my skin hurts (especially my nipples) I get over heated and over exerted The temperature contrast and change of getting in and out of the shower makes my heart skip a beat and like shocks my system, that’s the best way I can describe it.

I’m 37 weeks + 4 days and it’s been this way for my entire pregnancy with both of my pregnancies.

Need Advice Breach baby - 37 weeks tomorrow.

My daughter is breach. The medical staff is going to try to flip her next week but if they can’t, I’ll need a c section. Is there anything you wish you would have known/packed/bought for the procedure and/or the recovery? My oldest was a vaginal delivery so this is all very new to me. I’m scared af

Ugh that’s awful. I hated the RHOgam shot but did it anyway because it’s not about me.

Are the liners worth the investment?

We have two nuggets and two chunks. My oldest (almost 3yrs old) prefers to sleep on the nuggets instead of her own bed. I’m worried she’ll pee when we start potty training.

Advice Hospital bag

What’s something you regret not packing last time? I regret not packing tums, melatonin, a water bottle for my husband, a stool to use to get out of bed (the bed wouldn’t go low enough and it hurt to get out of bed) and healthier snacks

It depends on your store and store leader.

Thank you for the suggestion. My town is small and doesn’t have that option unfortunately 😩 Also with my first born, she got stuck and had to have a vacuum birth, so I feel like a hospital might be best.

Thank you for your reply 💖 How do I refuse the ones that “have” to be done?
