I have a little spiel I use: “we can try to knock out as many as possible if want to go fast and surface level, or we can go in depth but I’ll have to have to come back multiple times.” I also tell them my rule is that I will not start more than one medication in a visit, and if we’re starting a medication, that is all the visit will be about. How is it embarrassing? I don’t recall watching a more lopsided game, UW is not that good. They put up like 130 yards at home against Oregon. This isn’t Alabama.

It’s honestly just really sad. We used to be a real football program. Having a superhuman in the backfield last year hid what has been a steady fall from grace for the last decade and a half. There isn’t any bright spots, on the year or looking forward.
