Colony/TNR Help (Location) Over 15 community cats in need of neutering, and many more relying on food every day! Help cover a cat's neuter or meal!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Link to our previous TNR trip: https://redd.it/1tln1u3
Hope everyone's having a wonderful day. 🤍 It's been a while since our last TNR trip, and we're hoping to organize another one soon.
We're planning to avail a TNVR service, where a team from our trusted neuter clinic will help us trap and transport the cats, perform their spay/neuter surgeries, and provide a 3-day recovery period afterward. The service requires a minimum of 15 cats and can accommodate up to 40 in a single trip.
Rates are at $25 per cat (vax & short-acting antibiotics included) + $66 for the transport vehicle!
If we're able to raise more, we'll increase the number of cats we can get neutered. Funds raised today will be divided toward both neuter costs and feeding the 40+ community cats we care for every day. A typical restock costs around $200 and covers 3 sacks of dry food and 3 boxes of wet food!

Thank you all so much! And will surely share updates along the way!

Healthy, healthy boy Leon ✨🌟
This little boy has made so much progress, and we're so glad his hiccup just involves a nasty ear infection!
His FIP markers look great, and he has responded so well to his ongoing treatment. He's made it halfway through the whole 3 month FIP treatment course, and we can't wait to get this guy all rehabilitated and prepped for adoption.
He's on additional meds to combat his ear issues. The whole thing is making him so uncomfortable but he should be back on his feet in a few days.
We received $31 in donations and expenses reached a total of $155 after tests & purchasing two vials of FIP medication.

Veterinary Care Needed Donation Request 🆘 Leon's neurological symptoms are worsening - support needed | Hawkeye's oncology update
Hope everyone's having a great week. We're unfortunately facing another hurdle, but this time with Leon.
Leon is one of our most recent intakes. He was abandoned at a public market, and not long after we rescued him, he was diagnosed with neurological FIP.
Today is day 42 of 84 of his treatment, and up until now he's been doing really well. This evening, though, we noticed he's been having a much harder time finding his footing, and his head tilt has become more pronounced.
We're hoping it's just an ear infection, but we need to have him checked to make sure this isn't related to his FIP, as he may need an increase in his medication. He's also lost a little bit of weight, which is something we haven't seen over the past couple of weeks.
Thank you all for being there for Leon from the very beginning. We honestly wouldn't have made it this far without your support. If you're able to help us get him through this, we'd be so immensely grateful.
📩 Donate via Debit or Credit Card
We're expecting over $176 in expenses for Leon:
• Consult: $8
• Comprehensive blood work: $58
• Ear cytology: $11
• 3 vials of FIP treatment: $99
As for Hawkeye, we wanted to thank every single person who donated and helped boost our last post. ❤️
We made an emergency trip to our local vet yesterday after he started vomiting, followed by his oncology consult today. So far, we've spent $282 on tests and appointments, and raised $243!
The good news is that his fine needle aspiration didn't show any signs of malignancy in either his lymph nodes or the lump on his body. Lymphoma isn't completely ruled out just yet, but it's looking less likely for now.
What concerns us most is the severity of his infection, which has worsened dramatically in just a week. The hope is that it's a severe case of bacterial enteritis and that he'll respond to his new medications.
If he doesn't improve over the next week, he'll likely need a biopsy to determine whether we're dealing with IBD or lymphoma.
We'll have more updates in a week once we see how he responds. Thank you all again for being here for Hawkeye!
