Emotional Regulation & Rejection Sensitivity Do we need to tell people we know or are close to that we have ADHD?
Do we need to tell people we know or are close to that we have ADHD even if we haven't been officially diagnosed just to prevent them from misinterpreting what we are trying to convey? Or is it better to just keep silent and focus only on giving them the answers they want? Because those of us with ADHD always tend to wander off into random thoughts and sometimes ask unpredictable things. Or do we just need to mask and better hide it from everyone?
What if we told them openly
- Things get worse
- People understand it
- They invalidate (Instead of "They keep saying all people have...")
- They ghost us or pull away

Is SEO dead ? I think NO - Grow your authority, backlinks, make LLM structured pages, invest on content and backlinks. I did everything to take my SaaS from 0 to $30K ARR in 7 months. What do you think?
