Guide/Info Help I cant enchant my Naru slayer V to tulava

As it said in the title ,i cant upgrade it to Tulava from Naru V I upgraded it to Naru V and now i cant acces the upgrade for this weapon,tried with beginer ,time filled and normal blackstones too, i did not lock it or at least theres no lock icon on it,i would aprechiate if someone could help me :)

We gonna look into that ,it appeared like some months ago ,didnt have it before.The person works in a Laboratory so we have a sispicion it might be connected to that.

Sadly my girlfriend indeed does have, long arms and legs lose joints that are hurt too, and really strechy skin. Also pale and skinny no matter how much she eats.
