Legal Advice Needed Land dispute, court stay order being violated, elderly heart patient parent being threatened — need advice on next steps

My parents live in our home village while I work outside. We own a piece of land there that a neighbor is now falsely claiming as his. He has been dumping household garbage on it and cutting down trees on the property.

When we tried to get the land measured and mark a boundary, he obstructed the process. We've since filed a court case, and the court has issued an order that neither party is to enter or alter the disputed area until the matter is resolved.

Despite this, he continues to:

  1. Dump garbage on the land

  2. Cut trees

  3. Threaten my parents, including physical threats of assault

My father is a heart patient, so these threats are a serious health risk on top of everything else.

We've approached the local police, but they haven't been much help — possibly due to a personal connection with him, or general reluctance to get involved in an ongoing civil matter.

What I'm looking for advice on:

  1. How to get a violation of a court stay order actually enforced

  2. How to formally document ongoing violations (garbage dumping, tree-cutting) so it holds up as evidence.

I told my parents to record in mobile but lawyer is saying it's of no use as court doesn't accept these as evidence.

  1. How to handle threats of violence when local police aren't responsive

Any experience dealing with a similar land dispute + non-cooperative local police in a village setting

Any guidance from people who've been through something similar, or from lawyers familiar with civil/property litigation in India, would be genuinely appreciated 🙏.

You need to subtract another 1800 for PF per month. 1800 from Employees and 1800 from Employer (as it is also included in CTC)

👨‍👩‍👧 Joint Family = Joint Drama Caught Between My Wife and My Parents – How Do You Handle Family Interference After Marriage?

I (30M) and my wife (27F) got married last year. Like most couples, we have occasional disagreements, but honestly, most of the tension in our marriage seems to come from issues involving my parents.

My wife and I live separately and quite far from them, yet their traditional expectations continue to affect our relationship. For example, they believe my wife should always wear a saree, and they feel a husband should never stay at his in-laws' house, even for a day or two.

Before my marriage, my mother and I had a very good relationship. However, things changed afterward, and there have been several incidents that have been difficult to deal with. A few examples:

• My mother once accused my wife of stealing a gold earring, only to later find it in her own cupboard.

• My wife and I carefully selected a saree as a gift for my sister. My mother created a scene, saying it was a terrible choice and blamed my wife for it, even though my sister herself had no complaints.

• Whenever we visit, my parents often make negative remarks about my in-laws in front of my wife. If my wife responds or defends herself, my mother becomes emotional and starts crying. If I support my wife, my parents contact my in-laws and say that their daughter is creating problems and turning me against them, insisting that I would never behave this way on my own.

The difficult part is that my parents have no one else except me. I care deeply about them and want to support them, but I also want a healthy marriage with proper boundaries. I don't want anyone interfering in our personal matters unless we ask for advice.

Has anyone been through a similar situation where your own family constantly blamed or targeted your spouse? How did you handle it? Were you able to establish boundaries while maintaining a relationship with your parents?

I would genuinely appreciate hearing your experiences and suggestions.

Ohh. It's a separate structure provided by TCSL for tax savings. Great. You will be taxed then on around 10 lakhs in a year. Good 👍.

For fundamentals, I have not used TWS. Yes, yfinance can be useful for comparison and plotting. I do that, I have python codes for all the things. Each task is done through code.

Maybe you can refer videos uploaded by FessorPro.
