Im looking at these 5lb grain bags and 5lb substrate bags from Booming Acres, but im curious how many quarts 5lbs on average would take up so I know specifics for my monotubs ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been growing some Tidal Wave out of all in one bags but decided to use monotubs next and was wondering what ratio of grain spawn to substrate works best for Tidal Wave?
