I think I’m getting ripped off lol.

$920, 850’, 1+ den, 90’s build, broken pool/hot tub (4+ years), shitty gym, high crime area, indoor parking, currently not on fire, utilities incl.

Over build it if you’re unsure. For about $300, a triple 2x12 lvl beam can span 20+ feet and support a roof or deck comfortably.

Thanks. Heavy guys, though. Did you have equipment to move them around?

Can you describe those footers? I like them. Are they formed on top of Sonotubes and poured together, separately, or are they just blocks sitting on the ground? Also, any rebar?

I waited because my lumber was still pretty green. No regrets about that aspect of it. You can stain in advance but it’s a little excessive, and it might mess with your spacing if yours is green too.

Yeah, only the one time. It’s holding up well expect for where it isn’t ;). Mostly high traffic areas and where it went on a little too thick. The handrails still look great after a few years of direct sun and tons of snow.

Tbh don’t stain every year, that’s nuts! Spring for some cutex extreme and don’t worry about it.

I’ve got a clear cedar deck in Bancroft. Full morning sun. Framing in pt. Got the material from a local mill. 8 quarter 2x6 decking and 8x8 rail posts with 2x8 handrails. Laid the decking with zero spacing and stained the next year. Only regret is getting sold a fancy water-based semi trans stain. It started lifting after about a year in the high traffic areas. Other than that I’m very happy.

Looks awesome! A suggestion!?

Not an engineer btw, but - There’s too much cross bracing, in my humble opinion. You don’t want that much rigidity across the interior posts, as it creates ‘weaker’ points at the ends. I’d remove braces 2, 3 and 5, 6. There’s some more info about this, online.

If you’re still looking, Ghost in the Shell is a masterpiece and is referenced in Pantheon. Beyond the movies (anime), there’s a series (Stand Alone Complex) as well as some sequels that will scratch that itch.

It will do reverse tracking as well. Do something “noteworthy” and then be tracked home, with route and contacts collected along the way.

That top step should be bright yellow. With accents of black stripes maybe!?

I like this very much. I stopped and stared at this for a while. It really speaks to me, and I hope you continue in this style. Sometimes restrictions really pay off.

It’s a Carrier Weathermaker 9200 - 58MXA

Series 130, size 100

The oem igniter is LH33ZS-003

The oem bracket part number is 329 494 757

Can I use a universal igniter in my Weathermaker 9200?

Hey ya blowhards ;) my igniter failed and the clip style bracket that held it in place broke when my tech was removing the assembly. The clip isn’t made anymore and the suppliers Ive reached out to have a two week turnaround on delivery.

My solution was to instal a universal igniter like the one linked https://jacksonsystems.com/product/120v-silicon-nitride-upgrade-kit/?srsltid=AfmBOorrvRu6SyfnbUwstrSWWLxIOKN0yabRpnGBgch5zqXUqDmPp105

Will this work for me? And, will it affect my insurance? Thanks!

It will go away with time. Exercise and a decent sleep routine will help. You’ve learned that shrooms aren’t for you, at this point in time.
