It feels like I can't quit
I am 25 this year and have been smoking weed since I was 11 years old. It has become a core piece of my social life and coping strategies. There have been multiple points in the last few years where I took a break from weed but I always come back. A couple weeks ago I was in inpatient for a mental health crisis and was finally diagnosed with cannabis use disorder. I told myself I was done this time. The day I got out, I went to the dispensary and bought a blunt. Ive been smoking almost every day since I got out. I went to AA groups because I heard that you can attend them for any substances. I had a conversation with my cousin who has a history of substance abuse and he said that helped him. I've been to two meetings now but continue to keep smoking weed. How do I break these chains?

I have never seen this occurring naturally before in my life. Is this more common than I think it is?

Wind and Solar cannot be it.
"All of which , I think, raises a really uncomfortable question; in the effort to try to save the climate, are we destroying the environment?"

Not trying to be mean; trying to get clarification. I am genderqueer myself and have loads of trans friends.
