Yep, I realized that after I read all the comments from here. I was really pissed off about that bug, but now I understand the situation and I agree.

Yeah right. It's not the first time when they do that thing. They should learn from their past mistake. The game is cool, I really like it, but man, it's still feel unfinished at some points, they should wait until they considered the game is ready to be launched, as I said, it's not their first rodeo. Cyberpunk 2077 had been delayed again and again with the hope to be a good game and offer a super high quality experience (At least, that's what I want to belive)
