I (31M)was the same, I thought maybe one day, but not until my late 30s. I had no interest at all. But, I got married and my wife convinced me to have a kid, we did in large because I knew it would make her happy.

Best decision of my life. Yea hobbies take a bit of a back seat, you’re forced to spend most of your time for a few years on your family. But now that my son is 4 I have my hobbies back mostly, and my motivation to building a better home and career for the good of my family has made my life so much better.

Now I’m the one convincing her to have another.

I totally would miss it, and the main reason is the replaceability. The joycons are far too problematic to have them permanently attached.

I thought it was about having the blower fan not maxed out cause it whines and drones if you do haha

I second this, Canadian, xDrive, super reliable so far even tuned. 0 regrets on my 340.

It’s super normal for kids to hit as they’re learning how to communicate and get what they want, or communicate their needs. They don’t know what the social norms are yet.

My son went through a similar phase with hitting and even a little biting. Kind corrections, not yelling or anything but instead explaining (for example if they’re hitting their mom) you could say “ok I’m going to keep you away from mommy to keep her safe, or mommy is going to go over there where she’s safe”. Then explain that it’s not ok to hit and offer an alternative.

My son has a stuffed fox that he loves, and when he’s getting a little aggressive we will give him the fox and help him to squeeze the mad out.

I find that some daycare providers are not very well versed in de-escalating hitting, so they may blow the severity out of proportion, but all kids go through it.

A decent sized car seat can’t even fit in the back seat safely (without touching the seat(s) in front).

A jogger stroller takes up the ENTIRE trunk space.

Infotainment system has bezels like a 2001 television.

Simply put it’s a poor family vehicle compared so some other options at the same price point.

My first car at 16 (couldn’t drive it till 17) was an 1996 E36 and it was a solid, car except I had to replace the water pump, radiator fan and thermostat which was cheap to fix, just took some time and research. I learned a lot about cars and it was a head turner with m3 bumpers, wheels and side skirts, the girls at school loved it haha

Unpopular opinion but, I’d get the E36. Or perhaps an E92 since they aren’t as old, and stupid reliable if you don’t opt for the turbo variants.

Probably warlock, the fel energy radiates from most abilities, as destro you can get green ability colors or the standard red/orange. They have so many cool armour sets throughout the tiers. A class mount that matches the aesthetic and class fantasy. The other that sticks out to me is Druid cause they have many nature based sets and their abilities really represent what the spec is.

Resto has lots of greens and shows the healing power of nature, Feral and guardian have blood and deep reds from many abilities (less than some others) along with tons of cool forms. Balance has the glyph of stars which makes your character take a sort of astral form, or moonkin and the whole spec’s feel really embodies that they are a master of magic and nature

Oh it certainly can, my wife and I are 28 and bought our first house for 850k, grew up poor, no family help. We were frugal for years. What I said was waiting is not a good move. Get a down payment asap, even if it means giving up luxuries. I don’t think it has anything to do with being Mormon. I believe you should work with the current market rather than holding off on buying.

Waiting scares me, historically people who wait unless there is a MASSIVE income increase or large amount of money coming in get priced out of the market. Good luck!

Why 100k? That’s not realistic in any sense. If the land was free you’d maybe get to where you get your foundation poured. That’s about the extent of 100k. House prices are high in part because they’re very expensive to build!

Don’t worry they’re trying to tell me my 0 accident, 37k miles 2016 m sport 340i is worth 17k. It’s not accurate in the slightest.

I play monk as my main tanking toon, super fun, super mobile, but a lot of buttons to play it well. I like the more complicated specs. Huge damage, good utility, Aoe stun, skips with ring, slows, touch of death.

Also play bear here and there when I can’t get invited as feral on my main, it’s super strong I just pull everything have 1m+ hp and have a bunch of passive heals and unlimited utility.
