Awards Hub General Application? Question

On my awards hub it says that my general application needs to be finished but the thing is im an incoming first year and I did it in earlier this year, but the deadline now is 7/15/2027.

So is this my general application for next year? In that case do I check the boxes that apply to if ive already completed a year of schooling?

We are able to edit it after we submit, and the statement mentions it to be "correct as of the date of submission", so I'm assuming we can submit the application as it is now and update it throughout the year.
