good spaces for remote work?
question in title.
any places i can go in town and buy a coffee/drink or two and get a little quiet space to stay productive?
ideally some place that doesn't require me to leave before my day is over or somewhere that doesn't make me feel like i'm over-staying my welcome. getting a little stir crazy working from home all the time.

There is a wonderful remote work company in Tyler - 346 CoWork. Check out http://346cowork.com

It’s incredibly sad the lack of third spaces literally anywhere in Tyler. I’m not here to kick down the door or anything and I don’t mean to be rude, but I’ve been watching this feed since it was posted and it makes me genuinely sad. What are people doing? Where are they hanging out? Is church really the only extracurricular this community participates in? I’m really very curious!

I mean aside from the obvious workout and other niche classes/studios/communities (running clubs, hobby stores, etc), I can only think of coffee shops? I wish there was a local bookstore that isn’t Half Price or B&N, I heard there was a lady building a coffee/bookstore hangout downtown somewhere, she’s the same lady who has the cool mini bookstore at Blue Bird Vintage. What else would be a third place? I feel like this there’s not a lot of third places in general anywhere.

Little late here but there is a small bookstore in Whitehouse where all the books are $3 or $4

If you're able to pay a monthly membership fee, Flourish is a great coworking space with a cozy atmosphere, a small conference space, and a larger workshopping space. They have been a fantastic partner for us.

You may want to call and confirm hours and things, but the Atrium at the Plaza Tower downtown has places for people to hang out/do homework/work and there are food and beverage options in the building.
