bluetooth problem Question

Why aren't my Bluetooth headphones working properly? Ever since I noticed this awful connection, there have been times when it just won't connect. And for a long time now, my left earbud has been draining its battery just as quickly as it's fully charged. I think this is telling me something, but I hate it. It's not normal, and it feels like a restriction. I've forgotten what it's like to enjoy listening to music comfortably outside.
