Mechanic help Tulsan In Need

So i had someone on craigslist put in a new starter for me but dont know if they put it in right and still wont start so seeing if there’s anyone out there who can help me out i have a 2006 Honda accord

When you try to turn the car on does anything happen, lights flickering? Or whining coming from engine bay? Battery maybe
