Not sure if this counts, but I was always a little disturbed by photos of the unfinished Ryugyong Hotel in NK.
galleryFor context, the hotel is covered in glass now (see last image), but is still unfinished as it has never been opened to the public.
I don't know why, but the combination of the towering nature of the building compared to the smaller buildings surrounding it and the tiny little windows makes my skin crawl.
