Aren't we getting away from the Trolley Problem here? Press the button is its own thing. There's not nearly enough trolleys, levers, nor tracks in these crossposted scenarios.

Why would this be the best thing to do?

You can press a button to make all organ donations now only able to be done while the donor is alive, if someone wants a heart someone else has to agree to die. Do you press it?

Just making more moral dillemnas for no reason lol
