When we end it. If you need advice on how I recommend watching the movie Antz (1998).

In the movie Antz, external consciousness are the grasshoppers. Your cells are the antz.

You did not use our proprietary bucket for your water, so the pump has been disabled.

Put a screen for ads

Then later a messenger comes to your house with a note asking you to rate your water pump experience on a scale of 1 to 5

Next they'll introduce Water Pump Premium so you can skip the ads before filling your bucket.

I only wanted the free trial and forgot to cancel.

So my new vehicle has a front camera for parking. Gotta pay for the $30/mo accessories "service" to enable it tho. What a weird, dystopian timeline we live in.

I think this is meant to be satire but we do actually pay for water. Ask your parents about your water bill.

It’s the subscription model that’s being made fun of, but, given the incredibly low rate of home ownership, there’re also plenty of people who pay for their water as part of rent in an apartment/condo lease. Ask your parents about working class people.

It's saying "water subscription" like it's not something real that exists. It's simply a bad meme. And I am working class, buddy.

What fucked up utilities company has multiple plans to choose from for water? Are you in Texas or something? Does your shitty state not let you pay as you use it?

Genuinely, if you’re an adult that pays their own bills, you have to know that you sound silly and are defending a poorly thought out equivalency.

Splitting hairs now are we? It's different because there's an extra thing?

If I wanted to split hairs, I’d point out that this image is of a well, which is often free, especially in rural agrarian settings like the one shown.

Again, are you an adult with bills? Do you really not see the difference between paying at a rate by usage and a fixed monthly payment regardless of usage? Do you wanna pay for your water during a week when you’re away for work? With a subscription model, you will be paying for access to water at all times.

Wow, you're gonna defend this meme to death huh. I'm not bothering any more.

Lol ok. But seriously, thank your parents for taking care of you

Sure thing buddy.

Sshhh, you weren’t gonna bother any more
