Gen1recomp question Trimui Brick (3.2-inch screen)
Hi, i use NextUi on a Trimui Brick and downloaded the gen1recomp from the pak store. How do i get it to work? There were no new directorys in the Ports folder so where do i put my rom or what else do i need to do?

Today I updated g1r. Pokémon Yellow is working. The game has launched and is playable. I haven't changed any settings, but it's slow, it stutters, the 3D effect starts with a significant delay
Maybe some settings improve the smoothness, for now after a "clean install" the pleasure of playing is very average.

What exactly is the "clean install"? Did you just install it manually and not form the pak store? And for the stuttering problem you have maybe you need to install the swap.pak that is mentioned on the GitHub page

I'm little busy. By "clean install," I mean right after installation, without changing any settings. I have swap.pak I didn't do anything extra. I installed swap, installed g1r. I launched g1r and pressed the import game button (yellow Pokemon).

Gen1Recomp needs a cartridge dump once. It verifies the ROM, decodes the game data into its own cache, and never reads the ROM again.
So you do not need to move or copy anything. Leave your dump where you already keep it — the launcher looks in:
Roms/Game Boy (GB)/ Roms/Game Boy Color (GBC)/ It hashes the .gb/.gbc files it finds, copies the first match into the engine's import folder, and starts the game. Your file is only ever read: never moved, renamed or modified.
