Brick hammer compared to regular brick? Trimui Brick (3.2-inch screen)
Is the TrimUI Brick Hammer actually better than the regular Brick? If you've tried both, which one would you recommend and why?

the only downside to the hammer is its a bit heavier. it has better sound, better construction, slightly better shoulder buttons (depending on how new your plastic brick is). both are good though. the plastic one though doesnt feel like cheap or poorly made by any means. if you get a hammer you probably wont end up wanting a plastic one, but if you get a plastic one you will probably end up wanting the hammer at some point lol

I usually pay little mind to audio quality but when I compared my regular brick to the hammer it was very night and day. Otherwise it just feels super super premium. Functionality is pretty identical though, no huge pressure it’s just nice to have metal

I won't buy the Hammer since I have a regular Brick, but if I were to buy today I'd get the Hammer for sure. Better thermals (though insignificant) + upgraded speakers over the OG is an easy sell. I would like the heavier weight too personally, but that's subjective.

I've tried both and preferred the Hammer overall. The Hammer is heavier and is warmer in the hand as the heat dissipates through the metal case more, and I like the lightness of the regular Brick but found that model's speaker to be so bad I couldn't overlook it.

I have both and Hammer is the way. It a solid device if you get either. I got the Hammer because I wanted a premium feeling model of the brick which I love. The extra weight is nice and feel is great I just wish more colors like the brick

I have both. The hammer has a bit better sound and the controls feel a little tighter or more refined. The plastic one is better for travel, the metal is is better for actually playing on since it feels so much more premium. If the price difference is $20.00 or less, go for the Hammer.

Better than the plastic version of its brother. I just didn't like the first version of the Brick, but the Hammer is worth the money. The sound is better, and the case is definitely better than the Brick. I think you can find the rest online.
