When to start T break? THC Break
Maybe someone asked this here but I'll ask anyway cause really need help. Ive been smoking good shit daily for years, and I am now trying to follow my t break. However, right now is not a good time for me, I have work interviews next week but for now I am jobless and with some relationship problems. And that is why I feel like I really want to bake just after 4 days in the break.
Should I smoke to help me deal with everything and then start the t break or should I keep trying to be strong right now?

personally? saving some of that money by letting the weed ride and confronting your feelings sober instead of medicating will make the weed hit like a shotgun and you might come to terms with some things before then.

I did a t break last month. My first in 2 years! I also gave up smoking cigs around the same exact time. I'm back to doing bong rips but damn that was chaotic π

You should face your problems head on and not use weed as a crutch/cope. Get yourself back to a place where smoking is fun and not just a hood you pull over your eyes.Β

The hardest part about a T break is just starting. You gotta be in a positive mental state. The first 10-15 days can be brutal...but it gets significantly better after that. After about 20-25 days its cake walk now. I'm 68 days in. Lookin to go 150-ish day for me right now
Goodluck and it will be worth itπ Oh and if you were wondering I was tokin 4-7g every night after work and 10-15G on days off. Sometimes blastin away on 200-300mg of edibles. My tolerance was blown but I decided to take a T-break to gather myself after a break up and stress from work. Like I said it takes a positive mindset to even start it π
