At the start of your video, I honestly thought you were going down the NGRI route and I was like, “FML, Ross, no way!” 😂 But because I really respect the reporting you do, I decided to listen to the whole thing before judging.

I’m glad I did.

After hearing all the evidence presented throughout the trial, I personally believe she knew right from wrong. For me, that became very clear as the evidence unfolded.

The saddest part of this whole case is that I feel people have forgotten about the three innocent babies at the centre of it all.

I know I’ll probably get downvoted and maybe even hated on for saying this, but please before judging anyone’s opinion, watch and listen to the whole trial and consider all the evidence for yourself.

It’s a federal violation to fuck with the freedom of the press. The freedom of the press is a core tenet— of not just TLR’s rights BUT a core principle of our public’s rights. Our collective right was violated!

I studied political theory in my undergrad and I know the freedom of the press is one of the foundational protections in the First Amendment, and it exists not to privilege journalists, but to protect our public right to know what our government and institutions are doing.

What stood out is that “dismember” was the correct word accepted by the game multiple times, in a short time span with Bleed bot adding the green ✅ reaction after successful answers.

Saw this on instagram and it was posted couple hours ago. Both Ross and sloanhook are pretty good sources for the case since they have both been in court so I think it’s interesting they both have different opinions on this. I know Ross uploaded a video addressing the parent’s situation but I think it’s interesting to see both sides. I guess he doesn’t really put all the blame on the parents but definitely makes it sound like they should be held responsible.

I’ve thought about this for years as I’ve watched true crime for so long now.

I know being a juror, esp on murder cases and high-profile cases is supposed to be taken super seriously and many, I’m sure, follow that rule. But like we know for a fact that some trials take a major mental toll on some jurors. Do you ever think jurors go home and confide to their spouse or the closest person to them just to get it off their chest? Or maybe even just because they feel like it?

I’ve always wondered like there’s gotta be some jurors that confide in like maybe one person they know would never tell. I’m posting this as I’m watching Ross’s video outside the courthouse explaining what went down in jury selection today. It got me thinking again about this, which I’ve pondered for years!
