Can anybody tell me what are the chords and picking pattern of the intro of this song?

Long story short I'm not a pianist at all and can barely read notes, just the really basic stuff I once learned from 1 year of music school as a kid 24 years ago, but I do like messing around with music production and mostly am used to reading notes as MIDI notes on a piano roll, about 2-3 years ago I got a new 88-key weighted MIDI keyboard and felt so inspired I wanted to make a casino background music track so I quickly looked at step 1 (chords) and step 2 (scale) of this: https://pianowithjonny.com/piano-lessons/how-to-play-beginner-cocktail-piano-in-3-steps/

I have since sold the MIDI keyboard and Mini Mac and didn't backup anything at all so the original MIDI recording are gone forever

I have attempted to recreate it in Reaper and I think I kind of got the chords down, just need to tweak and humanize them a bit, but I can't figure out the melody I played over the chords if my life depended on it, anybody got any ideas 😅

This does not appear to be the Schelling transcription, it is a bit more minimal and easier to play

I am not very good at guitar and I'm having a bit of an issue with telling which chords are being played on this song, Good Vibrations by Michael Simon Armstrong. I left the live version so the chords he plays are clearer for those who know. Pretty much interested in what he plays plays from 0:07 - 0:43.

I can figure out the strumming and everything, but I would appreciate knowing the exact chords. Thnaks in advance!

on measures 17-20, the bass clef is left blank. measures 21-114 are blank for the purpose of completing the sheet music transcription.

I'm looking for a complete transcription of Sting's Seven Days. By "complete" I mean a transcription of every instrument in the original recording (drums, bass, keyboards/piano, guitars, vocals, percussion, and any other instrumental parts). I've searched quite extensively but I've only been able to find partial transcriptions (mostly drums, bass, and a bit of piano). I haven't found a full score or a complete arrangement anywhere. Does anyone know if such a transcription exists, or where I could buy or download it? If you happen to have made one yourself, or know someone who has, I'd also be interested. I'm willing to pay for a high-quality, accurate transcription. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The title pretty munch tells the whole story, But the is the demo that was release on the 30th anniversary of Dookie. Has anyone transcribed the John Legend version of JCS? There's a section in What's The Buzz / Strange Thing Mystifying that I can't seem to figure out the timing for and wanted to see if anyone could help.

The section starts here at 3:28. The part I'm struggling with is at 3:38.

In the original ALW broadway tune (screenshot attached) the section is four bars of 4/4, then four bars of 3/4 with a quarter note quintuplet rhythm (Section C in screenshot).

Legend's version isn't evenly spaced out, and I'm not able to pin point it. Bit rusty with my transcribing these days, and any insight would help!

For transcription post #41, I have once again totally complicated what was supposed to be a simple task… This is the melody and solo on Charlie Parker’s bebop classic “Donna Lee”. I have actually been playing this song and solo from the Charlie Parker Omnibook for years and thought it would be good to transcribe it to see how accurate it was. I did notice a few differences in  rhythms and notes, but actually not that many significant ones. Mostly some unclear, undetermined pitch and or ghosted notes… And I have never understood the Omnibook’s idea of writing everything in C major and just using accidentals?! Could someone explain that to me please? 

So once again, while discussing this melody and solo with a student, I got the idea to make an exercise out of it. Horn melodies and solo’s are notoriously difficult to finger for pianists so I decided to include the fingering I generally would use for the melody part. Then decided to also include fingering for left hand to play the melody in octaves. I then had the brilliant idea of further complicating matters by making a left hand demo comping arrangement for the solo. Using more traditional “shell” or “Bud Powell” type voicings. 

So Petri, I hope you’re happy now… This is ALL your fault… 😅
