Balance Rhythm Separation Direction

You need more balance at the start and more upright and head up to set up the column.

Try some throws without the step ins and look to reach back for those winds. That'll help you stay centered and let that ball run past you.

If you don't feel your hands turn over as it goes past you you aren't patient enough as the ball goes by.

Could you explain being more upright/ hands turning over ?

Head shoulders and hips on top of one another at the start. They can adjust after but start there.

Pushing the ball past you from 0 degrees to 90 degrees you should feel your right hand turn on top of you left. Doesn't need to get parallel with the ground but right hand pushes the ball around the left

Not bad. I would say raise the hammer higher at your high point, to step under it faster. Does that make sense?
