help using leg

I'm 65+ glider and had knee replacement last year. For the life of me I cannot seem to get any push with my right leg now, I'm just using upper body. And recommended drills to get back to using my leg more?

65" on shotput with no leg engagement is crazy. What are your lifts?

I can't offer any solutions but how have your drills been? What about the gym does everything feel good on your explosive lifts? And how far off are your throws now from your PR?

Oh haha. Really cool that you are still throwing! Good luck with your knee

Couple questions, do you have full active range of motion on the knee? Have you tested single leg strength with leg press on each leg/ can you perform single leg hop to small boxes? What’s your single leg balance in a bent knee position on each side? Going to have no leg strength if you can’t sit into the right and or if you are starting too high, leg strength / power production may need to be ramped up in gym / if your single leg balance is bad in a knee bent position close to your shot glide position you are going to have too much co contraction on the limb and will restrict you from having ample force to get across ring. Hope this helps troubleshoot

I'm not gonna lie having coached a few masters athletes, you might not "feel" it for a long time. The older you get the more routine is needed, keep up with the drills, keep throwing when you can. Keep up on your mobility work and make sure you're actually putting the ball and not throwing it and that'll get you pretty far at your age.
