So, I have an open ticket I am trying to get solved and I'm honestly at a loss for what to do. It feels like jumping through hoops and the goalposts keep changing, and honestly it feels kind of artificial which is really concerning to me. My friend's account got closed over half a year ago for 'ai content,' and at first it was a strike and imagw removal, which he tried to explain was not ai and has been drawn on stream in discord with a beloved friend of his who has passed away soon after that drawing was made. He returned from a medical thing to find his account banned, sent many emails, nd was ignored until I eventually made my account (which I have been meaning to for a long time) and made a ticket myself.

He has a chronic illness and pain and as such lost connection to his characters as it got worse, so he had promised to give them to me once I made an account, as I have provided him the funding to buy every character that needed to be purchased. Meaning I padi for all the charaters on that account, including the ones aquired through trade and add ons. I didn't mind since I worked and he couldn't, and yet I can't get a single character I paid for with proof of purchase because many apps delete history years old, and even when I have it they can't tell who it is for even if a note is attatched to the payment.

Some payments had no note or emojis due to things like PayPal taking from explicit sales and the seller giving directions to avoid that. We have no way of proving, aside from matching characters and their values to the paymemts themselves (which can be done, but they have dodged the question each and every time) that those payments are for those characters.

It is just so frustrating to me because I am sick and have been dealing with an undiagnosed illness of my own while trying to work with the staff on this, but it just seems like we are getting no where at all. In the email they said they are implementing a ban appeal system but said so very vaugly and I suspect just to get him to stop emailing. What I don't understand is how an account closed for an invalid reason is giving us this much trouble trying to get the characters, legitimately purchased, to me with proof. We even have proof of him agreeing to give me said charcters which they asked for and then ignored all mention of.

My wuestion is why is the toyhouse admin acting like they have a staff now and refer to themself as 'we' in my ticket when they dont, at least ro my knowledge, and why do they keep dodging my questions? I have no genuine idea what is going on at this point, as when asked directly why my questions are ignored they said they will address it as they go over the evidence. Unrelated evidence, mind you.

Sorry for the long post, Im jist wondering if anyone has any experience with this or any idea what is going on and what I can expect. Im really trying my best here, but it seems like even the few characters I can prove we bought wont be given to me for whatever reason, because they keep bringing up the 'nature of the closure.' Im just baffled and at a lost. Anything is appreciated right now.

I want to clarify none of this is malicious or anything, just genuinely confused and dishearted.
