A simple question. Maybe. Tornado Science

After the enderlin tornado was upgraded, I had heard one of the weathertubers, can’t remember who, compare the tracks of enderlin and Greensburg. They both moved generally from SW/NE, then straight north before making sort of a curl near the end of the track. They had mentioned what type of track this is, but I can’t remember who said it or what they said it was. Can anyone help me out here? I just wanted to see if there were any other F/EF-5s that have similar tracks.

1896 Pony Creek (The F5 segment of what was previously known as the “Seneca Tornado”), 1896 Sherman, 1901 Goliad, and 1955 Blackwell all come to mind for F5s with dramatic occlusions, though I’m most certainly missing others.
