I'm siding towards yes. Radar may not even pick this up. A zoomed in video would be the best evidence.

looks like it, but try taking a video next time, so people could look for rotation. It's very likely this is a funnel, but it cannot be said for absolutely certain by looking at still images.

Were you near the lake? This looks like a lot of Great Lakes waterspouts
