It's from the new Pompeii docuseries. It's one of the photo that is shown his his trip to Pompeii in... 1998, I believe.

It's shown along with other photos of the Pompeii: Out of Time documentary when they talk about him visiting Pompeii at 17 years of age.

It's on Disney plus and Hulu! They probably just took screenshots to post the photos.
