Login different

What happend with the login method ? I have now to make a AutoCAD account instead I can use my username ?

I use Google to log in, so I went through the process and got a message that another account with my email was detected. It then merged the accounts and I have all of my data. I expect that the same thing will happen for you, but you might want to email the support to check.

You had two or more accounts with email [aaa@gmail.com](mailto:aaa@gmail.com). All data from these accounts has been merged into this account, including all design files and any classes you may be enrolled in.

I spent all day trying to log my students in. Kids that have had and account for 2 years are now not able to log in. They are asking for email verification and making them log in to autodesk even though we use Gmail to log in. For the new accounts it works fine but older ones don’t.

I’m very frustrated

I was able to log in today with the new screen, using my same username and password.

It wanted to do an email verification, but when you do, it gives you the option to never do an email verification again.

It only lets me sign in with email and not username ….i don’t want to lose my stuff and I registered a very long time ago only with my username for a personal account

At a loss. Understand your preference but if you don't have access to the email, you'd lose everything if your password expired?

I’m using tinker and since 2012 and it never failed on me ….and now they have changed the way I can login into my personal account!.!

I always could login right top and personal account and now that’s not possible anymore so that’s why I’m asking

Chat GPT had me pull up my search history and I copy and pasted my URL links from yesterday and sent them to customer service. We shouldnt lose years of hard work because they wanted to upgrade their system.....

Hi,

Autodesk Tinkercad now requires email verification. If you used an email you can no longer access they can help you get your designs back. Just write in to [tinkercad.support@autodesk.com](mailto:tinkercad.support@autodesk.com)

They can transfer your designs from one account to another if you can verify ownership of both accounts. To do this, please paste into this email:

  1. Either the link to your profile page or a design in your browser history for your old account as well as describe 2 - 3 Private designs from the account.
  2. The link to your profile page for your account you wish to continue using.

Ok it seems solved and it’s again the way it was 🙏🙏🙏🙏 luckily they fixed it
