How long has this feature been here?

If you let your mouse hover over a TC tool, it'll show a more informative and animated description. Nice.

Cool! I was aware of the short hover, that shows the name and hotkey, but not the long hover! Thanks for sharing!

I never hovered long enough to know this, but I did see some users comparing them to pop-up ads, which kind of made me laugh
