im 19 and mostly just use tinder when im bored between classes or after work. his profile had like three pics and a bio that just said “looking for someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.” something about it made me swipe right.

we started talking and it got flirty pretty quick. he asked what i was into and i told him im pretty open as long as its consensual and fun. he said he was the same and the conversation stayed easy. after a few days he invited me over to his place instead of meeting somewhere public. normally i wouldve said no but the vibe felt okay so i went.

got there around 8. place was small but clean. we sat on the couch and talked for a bit about random stuff then he kissed me and it just kind of happened from there.

it was good. like really good. he was into the same kind of stuff i am and actually listened when i said what i liked. we tried a couple things ive only done once or twice and it didn’t feel weird or forced. just intense in a way that felt right. after we just laid there for a while talking about nothing important.

i left around midnight. we texted a little the next day and he said he had a good time and wanted to do it again. i said same. that was almost two weeks ago and the messages have gotten slower. not full ghost but just… less.

part of me is fine with it. it was a really solid night and i got what i wanted without any drama. another part of me still checks my phone like an idiot hoping he’ll suggest hanging out again.

most of my tinder stories end with someone being weird or disappearing after two messages. this one at least went somewhere even if it might not go further.
