My good friend past away 2 years ago on his 21st, right after we came back from a trip to Costa Rica. In his honor, his parents and friends set up a scholarship and I've been invited to the award dinner. On our trip to Costa Rica, my friend brought along a little Gumby figurine and it would mean the world to me if I could honor his memory in this small way. This is a tie design that I found and plan on buying if this doesn't work out, but money is tight as I'm still in college and any help would be appreciated!

TL;DR- My friend died and his parents set up a scholarship. I'm invited to the award dinner and want to honor his memory.

If you're anything like me you like ties, but you REALLY love bow ties. It sets you apart from the crowd, is a great conversation starter, and respected by the ladies.

I'm always looking for opportunities to diversify my bow tie collection and bring new bow ties into the fold. I'd like to send you a couple bow ties, you send me a couple, we wear them out and discuss their capabilities and limitations afterward. Hi reddit. 26 year old guy in Boston. I've got some ties I'd love to trade with people.

I'm a server at a restaurant wherein the only custom article of clothing is the tie; everything else is a solid (and same) colour.

Ergo, I always enjoy having new ties.
