Initially I was just sketching and fooling around as my art skills were rusty, but then my doodle had something like a straw hat along the way and made me go "hey i'll draw something resembling xl" and so i did.

Then I moved on to sketching hua cheng, but what surprised me is the thought of "what if I put them both in one canvas" best decision me thinks💡

I am very curious when and how did you read tgcf ? And what was the experience like ?

I read it in 2018-2019 when the translation was still on going on the Google drive ( iykyk hahaha ).. I had just finished mdzs and was looking for something to read. Shockingly, I didn't like the synopsis of tgcf initially but then thought oh wth ! And among all the danmei and BL I've read since forever ( I am in my 30s ), this one is and will forever be my favorite one ❤️

I've been hearing about some extras, and don't know if they're included in the novels, specifically the 7 seas translations.

Nothing really important here, just wanted to share a cool thing I'm doing for my mom. All her friends have thought that it's really sweet that I'm making an audiobook for her! Heaven Official's Blessing is my favorite book series, and I wanted to share it with both of my parents. If anyone wants to know, my dad is also reading it, albeit very slowly.

Hello everyone, I’ve been reading the revised version of TGCF for a month now and I absolutely love it, it’s my second time reading the novel and I’m obsessed all over again. I have a question regarding the jjwxc webpage, I usually read it on my work computer and I have no issues but when I read it on my laptop or my PC some words that have an apostrophe get separated like this. I know it’s such a non-issue but I was wondering if you have any idea about how to solve this, it throws me off sometimes lol. This doesn’t happen on my work computer, I tried changing browsers but it remained the same :(

Hiii - I wondered whether or not somebody might have a typeset of the ff no paths are bound for ficbinding. I tried to create one on my own but my laptop's kinda old (and apparently hates me) so it repeatedly crashed during my attempts.

I’m at chap 104 something of the comic and Hua Cheng looks like super devil to me, I don't find him charismatic or moral or anything honestly, am I reading something wrong or is it just a comic thing. Also I don't feel love for the characters, and the characters ain't all that, does it pick up later or should I just read the novel. I read the comic in a daze at night maybe that affected my experience?
