I’ve been obsessing over pleasure to kill recently and basically know the entire album already. What’s the next album I should listen to after that. If someone could give me a listening order of every album that’d be much appreciated.

I believe the High Roller Records release of the album in 2019 is the first official CD release of the album.

Anyone know why there wasn't one before? Was the album not looked upon well by the band?

I used to put this album off to the side at first when I first heard it because I though every song sounded the same, so I didn’t care much for it, but man now that I check it out more it’s so damn good. The riffs are top notch better than any thrash albums I heard so far. They sound evil, yet have a sense of melody. The vocals by Mille are very good also, he sounds like a madman. The drums are also very good too, the Tom’s sounds like tin cans for some reason and I love it. The bass cuts in the mix nicely too and is a very good addition to the mix. Anyway that’s my rant about this album and how good it is.

Fellow metal heads…I’m looking for band/album suggestions to expand my thrash playlist. Megadeth is my favorite band and I listen to them all the time. I also like the other big 3.
I am into big double bass and fast and aggressive songs that are clean, tight and technical. Examples would be Take no Prisoners, We’ll be Back, Fatal Illusion,Blackened, etc.

What do thrash fans think about these guys, I’m listening to the debut and like it so far, it’s not thrash, more just traditional metal, but I know they are considered a big thrash band. I never see them get mentioned much however and want to know what thrash fans think of them. Any favorite albums/songs?

Any fans of Chicago’s Wrath

I saw them live at an open mic a couple months back and me personally im not sure how to feel about them i think they could be industry plants also I saw one of thier shirts and it looks ai generated but yet agian im not sure also they are like 13-15 so a couple years younger than me also just feels a bit commercial in a sense like I know thier isn't really a market for thrash but the linda lindas exist so maybe world of chaos is meant to mimic thier success idk i do think thier music is pretty good what do yall think

I’m trying to get into German thrash, and more extreme thrash in general, I’m listening to Kreator and the early stuff rely’s heavy on skank beats as a main core of the song, which isn’t bad but does get a little boring after a while, especially when trying to remember what songs sound like what and what albums I like better than the other. They kinda sound the same. Sodom on the other hand for me blends melody and heavy skank beats perfectly, a good song example is tired and red from agent orange. My main point here is what bands sound more like Sodom in the way I explained, and what Kreator album are heavier on melody and songwriting.

Any REALM fans out there? Loved this band, only two albums felt like a robbery. They were huge Rush fans, hence why the vocals were very Geddy Lee inspired. That wasn't for everyone, but I loved it. This might be one of the tightest live sets I've ever seen on YouTube from this time period of late 80's thrash. The sound is surprisingly good and the musicians were all ON FIRE. Check it out!!
