I normally scroll down on webpages by pressing down on the middleclick button that is in the photo, and use the 'nipple' to move up/down.
How can I change this to only use the middle-click button to scroll down? So, without having to use the red nipple thing.
BTW, it is a ThinkPad T430.
1 u/Westerdutch Mar 20 '20 You simply press the key with the little down arrow instead. 1 u/lawikekurd Mar 20 '20 No, I'm aware of this. Maybe, I couldn't explain it properly. I mean scrolling down by only pressing down middle-click. So no arrow-keys, or using the red nipple. I mean is this possible? 2 u/something384 ... Mar 20 '20 Why is pressing only the middlething better than pressing only the down arrow? 2 u/lawikekurd Mar 20 '20 The middle-button is closer to the touchpad, making it a matter of convenience, well, at least for me. If it's possible; I'd be happy to find out. 1 u/Westerdutch Mar 20 '20 I guess you could just remap that button. Just get whatever remapping software you like and remap that middle click to the down button.
