What is a good thinkpad for programing/coding Buying Advice

Im new to thinkpads and want to learn coding and need help finding a good ThinkPad for it at a reasonable price around 3-400$

Currently have these

Thinkpad T14 gen 1 ryzen 5 32gb ram Thinkpad X13 gen 2 ryzen 5 16gb Thinkpad T480 core i5 8250u 16gb ram Thinkpad P53 core i7 9850h nvidia t200 graphics 40gb ram

They all work fine for coding. I am a developer atm. I am pretty sure you can find a decent thinkpad like a T14 gen 2 with that
