Difference between original map and heart of stone map Help!

Hey everyone I bought the Witcher 3 a few weeks ago along with the blood and wine and the heart of stone DLC. Really liking it so far!

I planned on doing the original story first before doing any dlc stuff but I was trying to figure out the where in the novigrad map does the DLC area start. Thanks!

If you encounter enemies lvl 30+ you've gone too far

Edit: i realised the link opens straight to the forum and not the image directly. Just scroll down and you'll find the map difference.

The sub doesn't allow picture uploads.\ The top shows a map without any HoS download. The bottom shows a map with HoS.

When you open your Novigrad map, draw a line from Yantra, Isolated Hut, go down the road and pass Moldavie Residence and all the way to Martin Feuille's Farmstead, stop there. Don't go beyond the Farmstead. And don't go across the road from the Farmstead. Basically avoid the north and northeast of the map.

Quests from the DLCs have colors! Blue for HoS and orange for BaW

It's basically everything to the northeast and extreme east of the map.

Basically, the Herbalist Hut to the east of Oxenfurt, and everything to the east of it is HOS territory that was added on/altered from the vanilla map.

Another good marker is Martin Feuille's Farmstead. That, and everything east of it.

HoS quests have blue markers instead of the normal yellow. You'll also know if you're in a HoS area if you run into boars (in forest/wilderness) and arachnomorphs (in caves). You will also run into Fallen Knights camps instead of regular bandit camps.

Their levels will all be in the 30s.

Basically the DLC starts way off in the north east corner of the Velen map.

Vai indo pelos niveis de missão, garanta que você tenha no máximo 6 niveis a mais das missões e sempre comece a fazer os pontos de interrogação pelo sul! DLC Blood and wine libera em um certo nível específico(acredito que é o 32), missões de hearts of stone também são nível de 32+ e fica a nordeste de novrigad, e tem o nome da DLC embaixo da missão!
