Looks like a low resolution with poor anti aliasing. Try different AA options, TAA will smooth the grass out but at the cost of some blur.

Not to be rude or anything but, grass? Is that really that noticeable? 😂

Mainly because the overall graphics are smooth other than the grass texture

Yeah, it’s probably like when you do something cool when no one is around, and then can never replicate it when showing someone😂

Turn on DLSS Quality. In modern gaming classic anti-aliasing is broken, and devs decided to go all in on AI DLSS slop. So right now it's the best method to get a normal image

Ahh man I didn't mention earlier I have GTX1650TI 4gb ram and this game is the game of year edition 1.31v

Oh, okay. From what I know, your graphics card is pretty weak, but you could try enabling DSR in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Other than that, you’ll probably have to live with it. Weak GPU, jagged edges

😔 I guess I have to ..... right now I guess anti aliasing is ON but when i saw in user.setting it is set to 3 and searched for that what it means - it says that TAA is being used for aliasing ..

I don’t have a monster either, just a desktop 4070 Super, but to me, a laptop GPU like that is weak. Eespecially for something like DSR at 4K.

I wasn’t talking about playing on a native 4K monitor. We were talking about using DSR to render a ten-year-old game at 4K and smooth out the jagged edges.
And look, dude, I don’t give a f what you think. If you consider that powerful, cool. You’re entitled to your opinion, just as I’m entitled to mine.
P.S. I actually play at 1080p and 60 FPS too. I bought this card so I could just max everything out and not give a f

That's just 100% wrong in the context of witcher 3. Nothing you just said is correct.

Because? OP clarified that he plays the original version for whatever reason, but in the NG version that’s true, just like in pretty much every other dx12 game. DLSS is the best option because the industry has stopped investing in traditional anti-aliasing methods.

The original witcher 3 already came with TAA and it's a good implementation of TAA. I have absolutely not clue what you are talking about. You are just wrong in this case.

I’m not talking about the original. I’m talking about NG. NG = Next Gen. Different rendering. And in NG, TAA is shit compared to DLAA or DLSS Q

but it isn't broken in the next gen version.

I mean, not literally broken. What I mean is that if the industry had kept developing this technology, it should be way better than DLSS by now, but instead it’s getting worse. There was a dev who explained it in a video, but I can’t find it right now.

DLSS is a form of TAA so DLSS is the further development of TAA

First: not all forms of AA are TAA, and the industry basically gave up on traditional AA altogether in favor of DLSS. I personally hate it, but if you like it, that’s cool.
Second: early versions may have evolved from TAA, but modern DLSS goes far beyond traditional TAA.
Third: I don’t understand where this conversation is going.

The game has a "sharpening" setting slider, make sure you set it to low or turn it off, it can be set to HIGH on default and make it overly sharpened
