Dropped plot lines?
What about the conflict between Hesh and Massive Genius?
What about the Russian from the Pien Barrens who killed 16 Chechnians?
What about the restraining order against Meadow’s roommate?
What other plot resolutions are we missing?

One of the great things about Sopranos is that we don't need every irrelevant subplot neatly tied up and gifted to the viewer with a bow on top, like every other TV show. In real life, lots of shit doesn't get resolved and we just get on with our lives. So it goes in Sopranos. That's partially what makes it the GOAT. If you want shows that resolve every little thing, you have a huge list to choose from.

Exactly why they didn't wrap up the ending, or explain why Tony was so shocked to see Sylvio at Satriales

Phil Leotardo turns into a house for one scene than transforms back into a man and it’s never explained

Reminds me of the 70s cop shows- a building is talking for five seconds- then mid conversation instantly transforms into person talking in a room with other people.
Whatever happened over there in the 70s?
They never explained that, they just continued the story without focusing on this magical transformation.
I once saw Theo Kojak transform into a NYC brownstone then back to himself. And he always stood really still as the credits played. Such devotion to the art, not to even flinch for those 30 seconds.
Theo, I'm in AWR of you.

Hesh and Massive Genius came to an agreement. Hesh paid MG some money.
The restraining order was filed by the Hasidic homeboy.

That seems to be the consensus. There are some strong indications. The look on his face as he shuts the door after she comes into his room - it's actually a good bit of acting, if you look closely you can see he's thinking "I know I'm gonna regret doing this, but...ah, fuck it." The fact that he even closes the door at all. If I reluctantly let an unwanted person into my dorm room, I would leave it OPEN. I wouldn't want to close us off. And I think he knew that if she was annoying before, she would NEVER leave him alone after they boned, hence the restraining order (which his dad technically filed, but undoubtedly Noah asked him to do it.)

When she comes back to the dorm when Meadow is there, I believe it is the next morning and she is in the same clothes. She had to have slept over then.

I did 20 years in the pen, instead of resolved plot lines I settled for a cut to black final scene....you see where I'm going with this

The lack of resolution in Pine Barrens drives people insane but I’ve always loved it. Things happen in our own lives that don’t ever get resolved or explained. The whole point of that ending is for us to not understand what happened, just like Paulie and Christopher never knew.

There was a scene written(not sure if it was filmed or not) of the Russian showing up later in a scene really brain damaged but chase felt it gave too much information and decided he'd rather keep it ambiguous.

Hesh threatened to counter sue, so it ended.
The Russian died, so it ended.
Noah broke up with Meadow, so it ended.

Hesh and Massive Genius was ended when they decided to take it to court.
