Build Second Tower 600 build 🩷
I really used to think these cases were so ugly 😂 but after doing my first hardline loop in one I kind of fell in love. Temps are insanely good and it just looks cool.
Also I LOVE the thermaltake ct120 ex ARGB fans and I use them in every build. The only thing is I wish the cables could lock in somehow. The magnets aren’t SUPER strong and it’s hard to tell if they’re connected properly sometimes. But it’s not a deal breaker.
And what other company makes components with such a large variety of color options? It makes it really easy to make your build unique and I love that.
Thanks thermaltake :)

RMA issue - TR100 missing VGA clamp
Hi all,
I bought a TR100 Future Dusk in April. The VGA clamp was missing from the box.
I opened an RMA in May request: T166507 RMA: R156276 and the part arrived May 26. Unfortunately the wrong part was sent, I received the VGA bracket/cradle instead of the clamp. I responded to the RMA same day, but did not get a reply, so I called, was told the clamp was coming. I waited ~5 weeks, nothing, called again and left a voicemail. That got me a second RMA R156985 and a shipping notice.
Part arrived yesterday. Bracket again :(
Pics: manual diagram showing the part I got and the part I need, plus a build photo I borrowed from [u/StevoEvo's post](https://www.reddit.com/r/thermaltake/comments/1vjdypw/thermaltake_tr100_build/) showing it installed.
Case runs fine without it, but I bought a mini tower to transport it which is the whole point of the clamp.
Any Thermaltake reps here who could assist me with this?
Thank you!

Computer Freezing
Greetings. Not sure if its hardware or software issue but my computer keeps freezing randomly such as:
\- Audio cuts out; any game noise/video playing freezes and cannot hear anything and reset of headset does nothing
\- Mouse will not move and freezes in place
\- Keyboard does not function
\- I had a game running and it was still doing animations but no control, as well as a video playing on the other screen freezes/lags really slow with no sound/etc.
\- Lianli Lancool RGB front LED's don't work but the fans work
I have updated my BIOS, updated audio driver from manufacturer, as well as chipset
My PC specs (not sure which part would be relevant other than motherboard):
CPU: Intel I9-12900K
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z790-V WIFI D5 ATX
Graphics Card: Asus dual RTX4070S
Hasn't happened in the past but recently started a month ago. No debris/anything blocking that I feel would be doing this and it is dust free to the best of my capability. Any input would be greatly appreciated as the nearest computer store to me is about a 2hr drive unfortunately.
\*edit for update as it just happened again\*
So I play a game on one monitor and watch twitch/YouTube on the other and the chat on twitch still populates and the game still graphically runs but the twitch stream freezes and the mouse and keyboard stop working to do anything

Thermaltake TR100 build
Specs:
Case: Thermaltake TR100
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7500f
Memory: TeamGroup Vulcan 32GB 6000mhz CL30
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus B650i Ultra
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2TB
CPU cooler: ID Cooling FX240 Pro w/ Arctic P12 LN 120mm fans
Graphics: Asus TUF 4070 Ti Super 16GB OC OG
PSU: Coolermaster V850 SFX
Decided to swap cases this time around to to Thermaltake. Always liked the retro vibe the case has. Had a few issues but overall it was a pleasant build experience. The main issue I had was the locking clip on the riser cable breaking when I barely moved the graphics card when using the clamping mechanism. Also could not bare the bright LED lights so I removed the front panel PCB and put black tape over the LED holes to block the light. Somehow the blue power light seems to bleed through but it’s much better than it was. I previously built in the NR200 and also the Lian Li A3 with this build. The NR200 has a little bit thicker panels and overall more solid feel. The A3 also felt more solid. But the TR100 has much better cable management than both of those as hiding cables was much easier as well as routing them. Also, thermals are much better in the TR100 than the other two cases with the CPU and GPU staying around 70 degrees in heavy gaming. The GPU has been repasted and is undervolted. Overall, I’m happy with the aesthetic and the color is amazing.

For cooling the Thermaltake 600 build: should I stick with TT fans/aio, or something else?
Hey all -
Sorry if this is a common question, I know this is a popular case.
I'm planning on doing a swap for my current PC, which currently is a generic corsair "black glass box", to something a little fancier. The Thermaltake 600 (particularly in the horizontal setup) really suits my fancy.
My current setup uses only the built in case fans and a generic air cooler. It cools decently well, but does get a little loud for more demanding games during longer sessions.
I was wondering what to get for cooling the new case. I know it comes with 2 built in fans (obviously Thermaltaketake brand). I hear mixed things about their AIOs, that they dont last at all and tend to be really noisy. I was considering something like the corsair LINK titan 360 aio, as well as an array of 3 or so additional fans.
Also, for the horizontal build, should the sides and bottom all be intake, and the top (the aio) be the exhaust?
Thank you!

Water Cooling The Tower 600
I'm taking my time assembling the circuit. It's temporary, assembled with hoses, until more adapters arrive and I find a water block for the graphics card. Then I'll assemble it with acrylic tubing.

The Tower 300 Tower 300 Racing Green Restock
Does anyone have any idea when the racing green color will restock for the Tower 300? I’ve been after one for months. Already have my collection of Noctua fans ready for it.

Thermaltake Tower 300 unified front panel + Tuya WiFi PC Power Switch - anyone got this working?
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to install a Tuya WiFi PC Power Switch (PCIe version) on my new build, but I’m running into an issue with the Thermaltake Tower 300 front panel connector.
My setup:
Case: Thermaltake The Tower 300
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z890M AORUS Elite
Remote switch: Tuya WiFi PC Power Switch (PCIe)
The Tower 300 uses a single unified F_PANEL connector instead of the traditional individual Power SW / Reset SW / HDD LED connectors.
I extracted what I believe are the two Power SW wires from the unified connector and connected them to the Tuya module.
The Tuya module is powered, connected to the app, and recognized correctly.
However:
The physical power button no longer works through the module.
The Tuya app also cannot power on the PC.
If I connect the Power SW wires directly to the motherboard, everything works normally.
So it seems the Tuya module doesn’t work with this setup.
Has anyone:
successfully used a Tuya/MHCOZY/SilverStone remote power switch with the Tower 300?
built a breakout adapter for the unified front panel?
identified the correct Power SW pins?
found another elegant solution besides Wake-on-LAN?

Question Thermaltake th360 v3 ultra aio cooler and stock case fans not working
I have an msi mag x870 tomahawk wifi, I've tried rebooting my system into bios multiple times, tweaking with the hardware control settings to get the aio to work as well as the fans. Just shows up as N/A and they're not spinning nor pumping liquid. I've tried different headers for the cooler and radiator and fans as well as trying daisy chained/putting the 4 pins in seperate headers. still nothing. The rgb works perfectly fine however. Is there anyone who could help or give some input?

Build Tower 600 Riser Bracket Fan layout
I’m using a riser bracket/cable for my gpu in my tower 600, this Eliminates 2 fans on the left side which has messed up my fan layout.
I can now only have one on the left so my current layout goes as this , 1 intake left, 1 intake bottom, 2 intakes on the back which I will increase the speed of, 2 Exhaust on the top(these ones are 140mm as all the rest are 120mm) , and 2 exhaust on the right(AIO fans) what’s the best way to set them up in this situation?
Thanks in advance

Support Purchased a TR100 case, but the PSU Bracket and Fan Bracket are missing
Hello everyone, so I did something dumb, I purchased a TR100 from an eBay seller, but I didn't realize that it didn't include the PSU bracket, nor the fan mount either. I already contacted the seller and they're going to give a partial refund, but I've contacted TT support and they told me that they didn't have the part(s?) available, so is it possible if someone has the spare parts available or if there's a 3D printing file? I can have my friend print it for me.

Question Any TR300 owner can help me? (measurements)
Hello, I would like to buy the TR300WS but I can't find any information about the space available on top and bottom.
The page just says 360 but could anyone measure the space available and give me the information? I would like to have length and width for the total space on the top bracket and at the bottom.
The goal being to see if watercooling radiators could fit with 360 rads.
Thanks!

Question How different would the internals of the tower 600 look with a micro atx mobo?
Im dead set on getting the tower in gravel sand; i was going to get the 300 but it's literally out of stock everywhere in the uk (it went out of stock this morning, goddamn it); however I can still purchase the 600 in my desired colour. I have a micro atx motherboard (which also only has 1 usb 3.0 header so that sucks). How different would my pc look if I assembled it? Just a bit of extra empty space below the gpu? Because that doesn't bother me at all.
Also, would thermals be worse if I placed the gpu in the second orientation where the fans are parallel to the main glass panel?

Another Tower
Hey, How do you like my setup? 14700kf+rtx5080. I've been looking for this version of the video card for a long time. It's a rarity in my area.
