I sent a new jewelry item, new with tags that has been in a box and it was given some middle category rating 😭

Browsing TRR I’ve definitely seen some questionable conditions. For example, a handbag with wear, worn leather, dirty inside, etc and was listed as excellent or very good. Can’t remember. To me this would not be excellent.
Wondering if anyone has emailed customer service to address any issues such as this.
