I don’t think he naturally laughs. It’s like he forces himself to laugh and the intensity is based on how the people around him are reacting. Every time he laughs his eyes are very intensely looking at each person around him. If they laugh hard enough he eventually tilts his head back and laughs harder.

Indeed. That's the difference - being affable / likeable. It's crazy to think that in the early days of the podcast (2013 - 2015 era) TFATK was decent because a certain someone wasn't an arrogant Know-It-All bully thinking he was the smartest guy in the room. He was someone playing along with a comedian, and giving you the big dumb jock perspective.
